1. How much do you charge per hour?

Our hourly rates start from S$20-$25 an hour depending on the frequency of visits per week, the house type, size and location, the type of cleaning services required and whether it’s a weekday or weekend. We work for a minimum of 4 hours per session.

2. What services you provide aside from house cleaning?

We provide laundry services such as washing, folding and ironing at client’s homes using their washer and dryer. We assist clients as kitchen helpers to prepare food at their homes but we don’t do the cooking. We also change bed linens, water plants, follow clients on grocery shoppings and assist clients in packing and unpacking of their stuffs for their new homes. We also provide child-minding services for children aged 18 months and above.

3. Will I have the same helper every visit?

If you set up your regular weekly schedule with us, we can arrange to send the same helper every visit.

4. What are your work timings?

We work from Mondays to Saturdays from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 6pm. Sundays and Public Holidays are our Rest/Off days.

5. Will you bring your own cleaning materials?

We will solely rely on the materials that you provide to carry out the chores at your home as you will know best what is good, safe and suitable for your home. But, if you have trouble getting these items and are unable to provide them, we can readily assist you in bringing our own materials to undertake the cleaning session at an additional charge of $100-$150 inclusive of the transportation costs to and fro depending on your location and accessibility of your home.

6. Can you do the cleaning even if I’m not in the apartment, because I’m working?

Yes, we can. Please let us know where to get and return your keys before and after the service. You may also leave the instructions inside your apartment or WhatsApp it to us as to what you want your helper to do on that day.

7. How soon should I call to make a booking?

Please give us a call at least two days to a week in advance to ensure that you get your preferred date and time.

8. Do you have any monthly rate package if I pay in advance or can I get any discount?

Our rates are fixed and are reasonably priced to ensure affordability to everyone. We can guarantee a quality service every time and the same helper to come every visit.
